out with <strong data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"521\">all 11 cards melded<\/strong>, earning a higher bonus.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"566\">Game Setup<\/h3><ul data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"967\">cannot<\/strong> draw from the stock pile on the first move.<\/p><p data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1065\">If the first player passes, the opponent may either:<\/p><ul Draw<\/h4><p data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1316\">Take <strong data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1303\">one card<\/strong> either from:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1384\"><li fit.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2221\"><p data-start=\"2186\" data-end=\"2221\">Points are calculated after layoff.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2238\">2) Gin
